Maintain a slight bend in your elbow and knees as you exhale and elevate your arm straight up to your side. Raise your arm up to shoulder height and slowly return your arm back down to the starting position. Allow your arm to descend deep enough in front of you without breaking posture to stretch your deltoid and repeat.
